Iyong-iyo

Aking ipinaubaya sa 'yong tanging pagkalinga
Ang puso kong ibinukod sa Kanyang paglilingkod.
O Ina, ako'y tulungang tupdin ang buhay-binyagan.
Puso mo'y kalinis-linisan: hubugin mo ako nang lubusan!


Maria, mahal kong Ina! Puso ko, sa 'yo nakatalaga.
Ako'y gawin mong iyung-iyo, at ihandog mo ang buhay ko kay Kristo!
Iyo ang aking pamilya, pati ang aking bansa.
Nasa 'yong pangangalaga ang buong sangkatauhan.


Maria, mahal kong Ina! Puso ko, sa 'yo nakatalaga.
Ako'y gawin mong iyung-iyo, at ihandog mo ang buhay ko kay Kristo!



Prayer: 

My most loving God, allow me to express my prayer of gratitude before You, for the grace You have bestowed upon me in giving me to Your holy Mother through the devotion to Our Lady of the Abandoned, that she may be my advocate in the presence of Your majesty and my support in life. I am so wretched that without this dear Mother I should be certainly lost. Yes, Lord, Mary is necessary for me at Your side and everywhere, that she may calm down Your just wrath, because I have so often offended You; that she may save me from the eternal punishment of Your justice, which I deserve; that she may contemplate You, speak to You, pray to You, approach You and please You; that she may help me to save my soul and the souls of others; in short, Mary is necessary for me that I may always do Your holy will and seek Your greater glory in all things. O Holy Spirit, give me great devotion to Mary. In Jesus’ name, I humbly pray. Amen.
